Explore South Haven

South Haven is a charming town where you will find many activities for people of all ages. There are countless art and music festivals, great antiquing and shopping in specialty stores. There is a great selection of restaurants or places to sit and have your coffee.

The Lighthouse of South Haven is world-famous and you have probably already seen it in many photographs, but didn't know it was right here in Southwest Michigan. It has been standing at the entrance of the Black river for over 100 years now.

If you are a fan of snowmobiling, you owe it to yourself to go to South Haven. The beautiful Kal-Haven Trail State Park features 34 miles of trail that is open to snowmobiles. The town of South Haven itself opens many of their streets to snowmobilers.

The Kal-Haven Trail is a wonderful place to explore in the warmer weather as well, due to its crushed limestone path which wanders through woods, farmland, rivers and streams; connecting South Haven and Kalamazoo.
